    This position is located on the Web Services Staff of the Office of Public Affairs and Consumer Education (OPACE). The function of this office includes: managing all websites including the intra and internet sites, site analytics, and usability/customer satisfaction.

    This position may be filled as an AP-3 or AP-4 multi-band ladder. At the development band level, assignments will be of a more limited scope, performed with less independence, and may reflect limited complexity and personal contacts. At the development level, the incumbent will be acquiring the background necessary to function at the full performance level. At the full performance level, your duties will include: Functions as Web Manager includes team leadership on one or more of the following areas: internet, portal/cross-agency sites, extranets and customer service satisfaction/performance measures.
