GovLoop and the Washington Post frequently team up to ask a “Question of the Week.” This week’s questions are:

What would you have added to President Obama’s inaugural address regarding the federal workforce?

How would you rate the president’s performance regarding the workforce so far?

We all know that “government” has a bad rep in the press, and speeches like this one offer an opportunity to acknowledge the value of government employees, kinda like Secretary Clinton did on the Hill today when talking about State Department and USAID employees.

Note: We try not to get political on GovLoop, so I’d urge you to talk more about the office of the president and what you’d like to see done from the White House related to your well-being as a government employee. Thanks!
