I think it's fairly safe to assume that we all use the internet every day, or most days (gosh, even saying that sounds pretty 1990). Regardless, what sites would you take with you to a desert island?
Why? Is it the content? News? Community? Collaboration? Inspiration?
Are they Media sites? Networking sites? Blogs? Etc...
I'm not talking about sites you stumble across randomly, but ones you seek out like you seek out a good friend, ones that if you don't check for days, you in a way, miss.

Twitter: Breaking news stories and my feed runs from celebrities , fashion, politics, personal friends and marketing

Google Buzz: I connect with my peeps for messages longer than 140 characters
You Tube: I like to view the latest and old school videos i.e. tutorials, old school hip-hop, disco, electronica, interviews, catch up with my freinds and find new friends
Perez Hilton: I love my gossip
Bossip.com: I love my gossip
Foursquare: I want people to find me in case I get sick of the place and want to come home 🙂 In any case I am a foursquare addict 🙂
