If you’re like most Americans, you enjoy one, most, or all of the holiday classics that play around the clock during the holiday season.

Some of the classic movies have some great messages about keeping perspective, not running your employees into the ground, be open to feedback, show people respect, and recognize people for their hard work and results.

What’s one message you have learned from watching a classic holiday movie?

Haha, I like this topic! Be mindful of recognizing hard work and treating employees with respect (every day!) so you don’t get tied up and held hostage a la Clark Griswold-style
