A 2-day proposal management course that covers the six phases of OST’s lean and highly effective Proposal Management Process, with exact “how to” techniques to prepare winning government proposals. This course encapsulates not only basic but also advanced techniques for bid-no-bid decisions, RFP analysis, proposal planning, building a proposal team and managing it to deadlines, developing executive summaries and other proposal sections’ content, win themes, persuasion techniques, brainstorming, speed-writing proposal sections, graphics development, editing, effective proposal reviews, orals, debriefs, and lessons learned.
