Interest and value will vary wildly:
COFFEE PARTY MISSION STATEMENT: The Coffee Party Movement gives voice to Americans who want to see cooperation in government. We recognize that the federal government is not the enemy of the people, but the expression of our collective will, and that we must participate in the democratic process in order to address the challenges that we face as Americans. As voters and grassroots volunteers, we will support leaders who work toward positive solutions, and hold accountable those who obstruct them.

I really like the Coffee Party pledge:
As a member or supporter of the Coffee Party, I pledge to conduct myself in a way that is civil, honest, and respectful toward people with whom I disagree. I value people from different cultures, I value people with different ideas, and I value and cherish the democratic process.
If only more people would commit to it...

Well, I am not too impressed with the Tea Parties. They seem to be comprised of rich and well-to-do members and some of their loyal relatives, but they dont represent the main stream of America. Family businesses and Small Business Owners are making the most noise but are being led by big business (A-la-Sarah-Palin-Big-Oil)
Big Business is going to have a huge input in this election. If you follow South Dakota, you would have noticed how the Sioux Falls Mayors Race was bought, and our own Stephanie Herseth has sold out to Flieschman and Big Corn Ethanol - she voted against her own constituency on the health bill.

If the coffee party could could line up a majority in the middle of the road, maybe there would be some groundswell, but it wont represent the likes of paid political rabble rousers like Glenn Beck or fortune hunting big oil Cheerleaders like Sarah Palin.
They are the fringe of the right, and they have to be targeted by the left or they will sway mainstream America with a drumbeat of paid political lies and garbage.
I'd predict a free-for-all in Politics for the next several cycles. Will Obama be re-elected? Not without a hell of a fight. Everybody is waiting to see what will happen next. When will the war be over?
