Does anyone in the group know of a good Twitter tracking tool? Right now, I am using bit.ly to track clicks, but I am wondering if there is something out there that can go more in depth.
I’m using Filtrbox (yes that is spelled correctly). http://www.filtrbox.com also lets me track references in blogs and web 2.0 as a whole as well. Really like the way that it lets me track and measure sentiment. There is a free version, but I use the monthly subscription to get coverage on other sectors that I’m tracking as well as the organization. Sarah
It depends on what you’re trying to track. I like Twitalyzer (http://twitalyzer.com), because it’s fairly comprehensive. Not only does it report on specific metrics associated with tweeting, it also combines similar metrics to provide insight on your Twitter account’s performances for specific goals.
Good tips. I will have to check these out.
Great question! I am interested in hearing peoples’ thoughts
