Using Govloop Primarly for “free” recruitment advertising for State of Arizona Governor ?
Discussion: I think it’s questionable manners to use this forum for innovation and conservation and sustainable economics by people who wants to use this for free recruitment as this long announement.
This is really bad manners ! If the governor of Arizona wants an assistant, let him pay for it with a advertisement at USA Today or NY TImes or go to a reputable ad agency.
Please let’s keep this for govloop for thoughtful discussion leading to appreciation, friendship, and professional alliance for communityh service, and not “free” advertisement for no doubt a distingusihed politician as the Governor of AZ. I am sure he can afford to pay some one to do recruitment.
If we do not get a courteous and thoughtful discussion on this, I am planning to request the Coordinator from not allowing such use of this forum.

As far as your statement about the Governor: “I am sure he can afford to pay some one to do recruitment” – that is exactly what I do. I happen to work for the Arizona Dept. of Enviornmental Quality. I noticed that people have posted discussions in the group about obtaining work, and I have an opportunity well-suited for many EPA employees/alumni’s – after all the Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality could easily be described as a state version of the EPA. If Stacy, the group creator would like my announcement taken down, I am more than willing to do so.

REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT: I
happen to work for the Arizona Dept. of Enviornmental Quality.
Discussion: There is a better & more logical way than taking your announcment down (that is not my reqeust). If you work for State of AZ, it would be helpful to use this forum to discuss topics in the challanges & opportunities for “conservation with sustainable economics” challanges in AZ and AZ-NM-OK geography where AZ’s leadership is urgently needed.
So request 01: Help develop our community with appreciation, friendship, leading to professional alliance for community service as is possible. Who in your dept is willing to participate to help develop a regional perspective that is urgently needed in AZ ?
Topic 2: Your posting for a assist is within the parameters of a “discussion” but your lengthy posting as main objective of one posted job is not logical focus.
Have I added clartiy to my request ?
PS: I happen to know quite a fit about AZ and AZ-NM-OK-TX environmental challanges and am trying to link with the Native Am community there via Brother Phil’s leadership to the non-profit , Four World International Institute. I am sure they would love to hear from someone like you as to how the work your agency is doing can be linked to birng
(1) conservation with sustainable economics
(2) quality of life contribution for the Native American people and their heritage of spirituality driven respect for nature .
Like ? If yes, link !
