I totally agree; I feel the same way. In this case, though, there are compelling reasons to create an account such as information specific to you and your retirement benefit available 24/7; access to calculators and other tools not available on our public website; the ability to sign up for and receive newsletters and annual profiles…[Read more]

John, I’m not a techie either, so I can’t give you the tech answers you’re looking for. But as a web user, I can tell you that I’ve grown wicked weary of setting up “accounts” and keeping track of passwords.
