Will act as a point of contact for EKMS regarding the loading of software, trouble shooting and operational questions. Acts as a point of contact for COMSC questions and requests for guidance for the region. Provides input to the Branch Chief for use in evaluating issues and situations that may arise for audits.Responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, coordinating, installing, implementing, maintaining and management of ITSD systems supporting both the Region V office and remote locations.
