1. I believe the number of trainers should be based on can they give real examples of SharePoint utility within their line of work.
2. I teach class room sizes of 25 with each at a PC and with their own site to work on in class.

Train them…on the facets relevant to their skill sets and or needs. It will sell its ell when teaching how to use it…Just have some real world demos of how they can help leverage the technology…SharePoint/MOSS/SP 2010…We must teach it usage and do that in a hands on approach…

Just my 10 cents…and from within the DoD environment:
IT/IM/IS is not KM…and KM is not one of them, hence KM is not a service provider to anything.

Maybe not worth much, but if you are a site owner…Administrator and you are trying to fugure out a how to regarding anythign with in MOSS 2007..
Sites/Libraries/List….WorkFlows etc.,. give me a question here…considering it does auto email to my work desk…

Library, yes still use, only for the newest tech job specific related book…MOSS 2007 anything and that is more of a glance rather than reading from cover to cover.
