To me, a solid Facebook strategy is key in reaching the younger audience. Kids in college and just graduated can’t comprehend a system that doesn’t communicate with them on their terms. The ability to micro target students with robust advertising branding your mission is a great way to get them interested in a Federal career.

There is a ton of interest in agencies looking for new ways to engage the Hispanic audience. What I’ve learned is that you need to reach out in relevant language and the translated message really loses it effect. I’ve found the Pew site very informative for good date and information
