The cite is to H.R. 3590, which as far as I can tell, is the bill that the President signed. If you look on GPOAccess, you will already see legislation introduced to amend or repeal it. So basically, check PACER, West, or Lexis tomorrow for the inevitable deluge of law suits that will follow.
Oh, by the way, the final bill is 906 pages, so it’s just light reading.
