Since the inauguration of Obama, the government has been focusing on in-sourcing processes to save some money and increase government hiring and employment opportunities. However, there are some things that are just done better by non-government companies; In a recent article on Government Connections , the question of government outsourcing is discussed. Government Connections cites one of these operations as document management.
Should government outsource document management as they go digital? Also, let me know what you think about outsource as a whole.
