Agree. It isn’t just emotions, but we found that doctors bring their own biases, for example assuming their patient hasn’t gone out of the country. Cognitive systems like Watson can also determine that the confidence of their answer can be improved if some missing piece of data is provided (e.g, a certain type of test), which is hard for a person to sometimes realize.
