    Given that problem solving is one of the high-demand skills (and, presumably, weak area of performance), I’m curious: What kind of training in problem solving is provided to government employees. Do they bring in-house something like the Kepner-Tregoe workshop? Do they develop and deliver their own? Or do they even provide any training at all?
