Looking for information. Have to make a trip to SSA. Not looking forward to the long wait, but I expect I’ll be riled up enough to comment on training and customer service. While I have nothing against the agency, I have looked at websites and been on the phone with them. The people are great, and I know they are overworked. While I’ll be looking at a local office from the outside, I would appreciate knowing what happens behind the scenes, issues, innovations that I may not be aware of. Thanks.
