Maybe the creation of a Group to discuss this topic in detail is one direction to take?

I know there are some Groups regarding IT Security in various ways, but I’ve not seen anything on your topic specifically. I know in DHS we produced an analysis which eventually led to Adobe Connect as being the preferred procurement choice due to its being the most 508 compliant and also maintaining a “thin-client” technology (no local downloads required).

To the point you made: At least there’s enough vendors to actually hold a competition!
