With the start of a new year, so comes the beginning of a fantastic opportunity to help shape the learning landscape of tomorrow.
If you are not familiar with the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative within the Department of Defense, you are not alone. But all that has changed. As the leaders behind defining the technology standard which pretty much every Learning Management System in use within the Federal government uses, the ADL Initiative has embarked on an effort to collaboratively design how we will all learn BEST by leveraging the various tools (including social networking) which many of already use to learn and improve our performance on the job (and in life).
Called the Future Learning Experience Project, this effort is being designed to revolutionize how training takes place.
Using our collective imagination and being solutions-oriented are the only requirements to participate.
