I might be missing something, but I’m not sure putting effort into spreading a made-up word is a great investment of your time. I just don’t think you’re going to have much impact.
It seems to me that words catch on because there’s a natural fit, not because one person or organization tries to make them popular.
But – if you really do want to, I’d just use the same approach as for any effort:
– what’s the mission need you’re trying to satisfy? Is it “give people an easy word to describe an important issue”?
– what tools will help you get there? For each tool, what does it get you and what’s the risk? Urban Dictionary and Wikipedia both strike me as reasonable places to put a new word. But what else is there? Got a blog? Are you going to insert it into every speech he gives? How about putting it on your home page?
– what metrics will you use to see whether you’re successful? For example, will you track search hits for “cyberazzi”?
