The CIty of Bloomington has released a suite of Open 311 standardized applications including a light weight CRM, iPhone Reporting App, and a proxy web application to keep api_keys secure from HTML clients.

Some of the features of the CRM includes:
– Multiple issues attached to one case – Case Merging
– New Assignment Email Notifications
– Custom statuses per department
– Custom fields per category (graffiti vs. potholes)
We’ll be adding new features in the next couple of months! We’re working with the open311 community to create an android app. We’re also working on a reports system inside of the CRM and better ways to add maps and map-based searching for cases.
