we actually are counting the site feedback totals in the aggregate vote and comment counts, we’re just not considering those categories for top ideas since we wanted to focus on suggestions for opengov– not about ideascale as a platform.
re votes, yes we are unfortunately constrained by the information returned by the API, which is the net total votes (votes up + votes down).
