Shelley, I understand that there is a cost I am just not used to the government CHARGING to attend a meeting, virtual or not. There are costs on both sides of the transaction but typically (in the federal gov’t at least) there is no charge to potential bidders. Doing so usually inhibits competition.

The webinar is mandatory and so is the $49 webinar registration fee. I wonder what the impact of such a large fee will be on competition? Green Proposal indeed!!

Yes. These are consulting positions and most of the work is in the DC metro area.
