I agree with Elena that number of channels used is important. Different people take in information in different ways. And repetition of the message is important. But being ‘given’ the message is not the same as the audience internalizing it.
Michael, I think you know when you are doing a good job when you have your own verbiage repeated back to you by staff, who have no idea where why they are phrasing it that way! 🙂
