Very interesting article. W.E.B. DuBoise once said: “The problem of the 20th century is the color line.” It appears that people still think of diveristy in Black and White. In the 21st century, we should be way beyond that conversation (i.e., more inclusive) because the Census tells us that by 2050, America will be a minority-majority nation with no major racial group dominant. I tell my Diversity class students that the issue for today is not as much the color line as it is the CLASS line.
