As a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist your responsibilities will include:
-Leading the Special Emphasis Team or the Human Capital Office Integration Team
-Linking diversity and inclusion and the mission of the IRS so that diversity and inclusion can be embedded into our workforce, policies, and practices
-Collaborating with business divisions to develop, implement, and execute diversity and inclusion strategies and metrics
-Monitoring and analyzing employment trends, providing guidance and insight relative to the recruitment of diverse applicant pool
-Implementing strategies to address barriers specific to hiring and advancement
-Leading to a team of specialists to direct their workload and provide input on their performance
