1 – Not having time to organize thoughts and plan, plan plan. So, MAKE the time.
2 – Yeah, scope creep and not having authority to say NO. So, find an advocate/business sponsor that will allow the PM to say No.
3 – Keeping good people on a long project. Heck, I dunno how to solve this one. -
