@fat8uc3p157wFROM MEYER (MIKE) MOLDEVEN / REQUEST FOR YOUR GUIDANCE
You may remember me from some weeks ago when you kindly privileged me with a ‘Member of the Week’ award and also invited me to post items of possible interest to the ‘GovLoop’ community. In that regard, I’ve posted a few items on ‘suicide prevention,’ among other subjects. I need your guidance on this item. Should I post it in GovLoop, If yes, where? Mike
A few days ago, I posted online my blog ‘Suicide Prevention is Everybody’s Business’ at:
IMO, one of my blog’s items, I ‘quote’ following, is especially relevant all governments-wide, and deserves GovLoop thought for even wider dissemination.
Further, I would like to invite GovLoop members’ consideration of the inter /intra relationships of the blog’s entire content within its context of 33,000 suicides each year in the U S along with about 20:1 suicide [varies] attempts, and so on: teenagers, Armed Forces, survivors of suicides , . . . . . (about 1 million suicides/year worldwide]
Civilian Suicides at Hill [USAF Air Force Base, Utah] Leadership !
‘The growing problem of civilian suicides at Hill [USAF Air Force Base, Utah] has stirred base leadership, resulting in the base providing more services to tackle the issue. Since 2008, there have been 19 confirmed suicides at Hill, most of them involving civilian employees.’
