I am looking for best practices and examples of how Social Media can be used to create a more transparent and citizen-centered Government.
Why would a federal government organization use Twitter? How can Facebook help a City to provide better services? What does not work or where did some experiment go wrong (so we can learn from it)?
I received a reply from the city or Regina, where they used YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to provide information on the civic election this year and better engage citizens in the process.
