    Gov 2.0 is a portmanteau word created by combining Web 2.0 and government. Web 2.0 is differentiated from Web 1.0 in that the latter is a one-way dissemination of value; the publish and forget model. Open Government falls into the Web 1.0 category.     Cloud computing for the Federal Government provides more of a disaster avoidance scenario than a new vulnerability. Most cloud providers provide redundancy co-located with between 3 and 6 IXPs (Internet Exchange Points).
