I joined because we talk about organizational culture and about change, but rarely do we really get anywhere. I want to stop talking about it and do something to get there.
I am passionate about being curious, about using the tools we have to their fullest capability and then pushing a little. I would like more people to ask “Why”or “why not” and then figure out a way to say – “now it’s better and I helped”.
One of the goals in my agency is to bring in the best and brightest to federal service; if we are not happy with our culture and our work environment how are we going to recruit and keep the best and brightest?
Happy to share the lessons learned over 26 years, I look forward to the chats, future workshops, learning new lessons and new ideas.
