I was speaking with a staffer for a City Councilmember in Southern California the other day and he was complaining about the ability their city has to analyze data from their systems and lamenting about the time it takes to get reports back when requested (it can be 90 days or longer and the reports are static).

I know this isn’t the only city where this is a problem. Would love to know if anyone has had early success with either of the following:
