Jim, thanks for your comment. From my perspective whether the interested contractor is located in St. Louis, Seattle or San Diego the cost will be the same. Last week when I drove from Los Angeles to San Diego and back I was gone for 9 hours (7 of those on the freeway) and used $43.75 worth of gas. Parking was $12.00. I had to pay for 2 meals along the way. Others attended the meeting. We all traveled separately. I suspect we contributed to some co2 emissions into the atmosphere. I would have loved the luxury of staying in a hotel overnight in San Diego but a room at $200.+ was out of the question. I am a very small business owner and the $49. would have been a tremendous savings for me.
