With the era of iPads, smartphones, document management, workflow automation, integration, and every constituent with a smartphone, what investments are you making in mobile, paperless, etc. technologies ? Are they seen as a fad or a key tactic in your customer service strategy ? Analysts say that government is moving to a “less with less” outlook and looking for self-service tools. Is your organization considering self-service as a way forward?
