I have got a copy of his tech policy and I agree, it is difficult to tell how much is ‘electoral spin’ and how much is real intentions. I thought there might be some feelings around about what they intend to do. I will have a look at his site though.
On the ICT bit, we have really only been using it as a term here here for 4 or 5 years in the industry, but most people who don’t work in the industry still ask me what it is, so its not necessarily a common term here either. Although it is quite common to seeit in European literature now as well…as they say, you say toma(i)to and I sat toma(r)to ,…thanks for the reply
