At EPA Region 9 we have a strong focus on paper use reduction and have used FinePrint software to set defaults to duplex. It also allows users to easily choose to print multiple pages to a single sheet and reduces the margin sizes so that the font remains as large as possible. It tracks paper use reduction by user & I believe there’s a way to aggregate the data too.
We’re getting a fancy centralized printers and will be changing the system, but FinePrint led to a lot of duplexing & reduced paper use.
