There are some alternatives, I just thought of –
A. Address the wrongdoing with the individual. If not possible, then –
B. Adress the wrongdoing with the supervisor. If not possible or the wrong behavior continues –
C. Work as hard as you can, obtain the perquisite training and skills, and try to advance within the system. In other words, if you are below GS-14, then get qualified to advance into a supervisory or a more skilled position.
Holding a grudge is bad for you, bad for the workplace, and is on the whole unproductive.
