Last November, Microsoft tweeted tips and tricks in a series called 10 in 10, meaning 10 tips in 10 days. Each day, followers got a chance to learn more about how they can be more productive and get things done easier whether they’re in the office, at home, or on their smart phones.(You can check out my discussion about it here.)
This month, Microsoft began the next 10 in 10 series. This series is helping government users transform the way they communicate using Lync 2010.
