Our free virtual summit, “Gov’s 2020 Tech Focus: Trends to Keep Your Eye On,” is quickly approaching, which means it’s time to start thinking about how to get the most from it. We created this fun game to help you out. Just match your favorite Halloween candy to our suggestion and get a better idea of what the virtual summit has to offer and what you should take advantage of! Once you’ve got it all figured out, don’t forget to register.

Ready to begin?

Twizzlers: What’s better than one Twizzler? Six! Which is exactly how many online trainings we have to offer during the virtual summit. Set up shop and learn all about what’s on the horizon for emerging tech right from the comfort of your own desk. You’ll hear from both government and industry experts on topics like cloud, automation and the citizen experience.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups: Just like chocolate and peanut butter, our online trainings and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits go great together. For every online training you attend, you can earn up to one CPE credit. That’s a total of six throughout the virtual summit! Let’s see you earn them all.

Skittles: This candy is exciting and fun, just like our networking lounge! Throughout the entire virtual summit, you’ll be able to mingle in our networking lounge and meet other govies from all across the country as well as GovLoop staff. We love chatting with govies, so please come say hi and don’t miss a chance to grow your network.

Snickers: There are many components to a Snickers: nougat, caramel, peanuts and chocolate. So, if you like snickers, chances are you’ll like our wide variety of resources we have to offer during the virtual summit. Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to download hundreds of free resources on problem-solving and innovation in government. We’ll even have a resource challenge at 10:40 a.m. ET/7:40 a.m. PT – if you download the most resources, we’ll send you some seriously sweet swag.

Sour Patch Kids: After a day of learning, you deserve something sweet. The swag doesn’t stop at the resource challenge. The more active you are in the virtual environment, the more swag you’ll receive. That’s right! If you attend online trainings, download resources and stop by our sponsor booths, we’ll be sending swag your way.

The Virtual Summit is taking place Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET/6:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. PT, and, as always, registration is free. If you can’t attend but don’t want to miss all the great content, be sure to register anyway and you’ll receive on-demand access to the trainings directly to your inbox a few days after the summit. Hope to see you there!
