President Obama takes questions on Quora after State of Union

I’m a big fan of the site Quora. It’s a great community where really smart people ask and answer questions – a Yahoo Answers that isn’t lame.

Tonight the President is coming to Quora. More info below

The 2012 State of the Union: Watch the Address and Ask the White House Your Questions on Quora Tomorrow night, Tuesday January 24 at 6pm PT / 9pm ET, President Obama will present the annual State of the Union Address. Quora will be livestreaming the address on a special page we’ve created for the event — http://www.quora.com/events/state_of_the_union_2012

The White House wants to answer your questions about the address, with a focus on economic and domestic policies. Quora is excited to announce that the White House will be answering a selection of questions from our users. We are inviting people to post and follow the questions we should ask on the event page. Quora will choose a selection of the most followed questions from this page for the White House to answer. Please add and follow questions between now and Wednesday at 5pm PT. At the end of the day on Wednesday, we’ll pick the questions, which will be answered in the coming days.
