Hybrid Work — Tell Us Your Thoughts

The government workforce has evolved over the last two years as agencies and offices experiment with some approach to remote and in-person work. There is no standard model, and while some hybrid systems appear to function well, others just limp along.

Adding to the complexity, some organizations think the only effective workforce is one that commutes to an office each day — so working from home seems like an impossible dream for those employees.  

GovLoop wants to help. 

We are developing a new how-to guide devoted to offering compassionate, practical advice on ways to make “hybrid” a net-positive experience.

It will be a resource for professionals at all levels of government and in all focus areas and will include best practices from government leaders who got it right, insight from industry experts (the government’s helping hands, if you will), and voices from employees who want to be heard, among other information.
