Our speaker lineup for the NextGen Government Training Virtual Summit on Wednesday, May 20, is bringing together experts from throughout the tech and government communities to touch on topics essential for expanding your skills as a public servant.
Broken up into five sections, you’ll be able to hear three keynote sessions (opening, lunchtime, and closing) as well as two breakout sessions, with the opportunity to choose a session that speaks the most to you.
Let’s explore what’s on tap for the lunchtime keynotes, kicking off at 12:30–1:30 p.m. ET/9:30–10:30 a.m. PT:
The first keynote, Inspiring an Unmotivated Team, focuses on something every leader faces: keeping teams energized when motivation dips. You’ll hear strategies for helping staff stay engaged even when resources are tight or the work feels heavy.
The second keynote, Connecting With Purpose, explores how to build meaningful professional connections across government. You’ll learn simple, structured ways to expand your network, collaborate more effectively, and open doors to new opportunities.
