Welcome Back, NextGen Nation!

The NextGen Virtual Summit is on October 22.

We’re gearing up for another NextGen Government Training Virtual Summit, where more than 2,000 public sector employees will come together for a day of free online professional development!

Held on Wednesday, Oct. 22, we’ll be bringing in government and industry experts to share their expertise on a wide range of topics, from writing AI prompts to making yourself more agile, and even ways you can overcome burnout and imposter syndrome.

You’ll walk away with the skills, information and confidence you need to thrive in public service, a few new friends thanks to peer networking, and the chance to earn up to five CPE credits along the way.

Want a sneak peek at one of the sessions you’ll be able to attend? Let’s start with one of the opening keynote sessions, “Agency Culture – How to Define It, Improve It and Manage It” with Sabrina Amjad, Government Strategic Advisor:

“A strong agency culture is the backbone of effective public service. This keynote will explore how to define your agency’s identity, foster a collaborative environment, and lead with purpose. You’ll learn how to build a culture that supports mission-driven work, boosts morale, and helps your team thrive—even in the face of bureaucratic challenges.”

And that’s just the start — take a look at the rest of our NextGen Virtual Summit agenda now, and be sure to register while you’re there, even if you can’t make it the day of. You’ll receive recordings of each session the next day to watch and share with your colleagues.
