Experts sit at tables and serve as facilitators to a larger discussion, which is controlled by the attendees. This event is structured so facilitators can understand your challenges. The event will provide you with tactics to bring back to your agency and immediately improve your customer service initiatives. This session is open to a maximum of 40 government employees; with this size we can personalize the experience and provide you the ability to truly connect with your peers.
