RSVP Today for 5/15 Re-Imagining Customer Service Roundtable

Please join GovLoop at our next GovLoop Conversations Event on May 15th as we explore ways to improve customer service in government, share best practices and avoid common roadblocks. To register for this event, please follow this link. We hope you’ll join us!

On May 15th at The Re-Imagining Customer Service in Government Roundtable (Register Here), you’ll find that the “GovLoop Conversations” is a unique format for participants. Experts sit at tables and serve as facilitators to a larger discussion, which is controlled by the attendees. This event is structured so facilitators can understand your challenges. The event will provide you with tactics to bring back to your agency and immediately improve your customer service initiatives. This session is open to a maximum of 40 government employees; with this size we can personalize the experience and provide you the ability to truly connect with your peers.

The Re-Imagining Customer Service in Government conversation will include:

  • What a great customer service program looks like
  • Address common challenges agencies face and identify ways to remove roadblocks
  • Identify the strategies that lead to great customer service
  • Look at how customer service has changed over the last year since the Customer Service Executive Order was released. What has been the impact? What has changed? What have you seen?

This conversation is taking place on Tuesday, May 15th from 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM (ET) at the District Architecture Center located at 421 7th Street, NW in Washington, DC– near the Verizon Center.

Agenda:

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM Register and Eat

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM GovLoop Conversation

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM Networking

Please participate in this survey “Can Government Deliver Awesome Customer Service?” – the results of this survey will help guide the conversation on May 15th.
