Thanks, Kathleen! It’s all about culture change…and that will happen only (in part) if our new hires arrive to find a familiar set of tools to accomplish their work. And if they don’t find it and decide to stick around, they’ll probably circumvent.
And which is more secure: their laptop or mobile phone or the one issued by a government agency? Lots to consider…
True it is a culture change and the other challenge is making the current workers feel wanted for their knowledge and experience rather than being pushed aside. Tools need to be developed to make the culture change possible and successful for everyone
