Very nice overview of the PMBOK. Concise and easy to follow guide. Participants in the PA CPM certificate program will find this very helpful in working on their capstone projects.

Check out the IT Project Management class (ITP), and related classes on enterprise architecture, information assurance, strategic acquisition among others at the National Defense University's iCollege.  These are world class programs for both civilian and military organizations.  They also are developing a new series of classes on roles of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Emerging Information Technologies and Forecasting them. NDU iCollege

Now, I started work (sadly as a two-member team) on our department SOPs over 2 years ago...  now am faced with "uncooperative" blocks... hope these tools help!! *fingers crossed*

Looks to me like the sections are in Adobe Acrobat & the flip-book was done at http://issuu.com/.  All you have to do is upload a document and it creates the flip-book for you.
