Next Generation of Government Summit Tickets Giveaway

***Submit a short video and win tickets to the Next Gen Gov't Summit!***

GovLoop and Young Government Leaders (YGL) have joined forces to launch the Next Generation of Government Summit to tackle issues the next generation is facing in their daily government lives. The Summit will educate, inspire and transform current and future leaders of government through case studies and hands-on training...ultimately, achieving President Obama's dream to "make government cool again"!

Oh yeah and you can win free tickets!!!

GovLoop is giving away 5 free passes to the rockstar awesomeness that will be the Next Generation of Government Summit.

All you have to do to score a free pass is answer: "Why are you the Next Generation of Government?"

We really want people to put time into this and we strongly suggest a short video piece sans a talking head. Get creative people! Don't necessarily tell us - *show us* how you are sparking change in government. We want to hear your ideas!

We'll be picking the best few answers: funniest, most creative, most inspiring, best overall ect, and dishing out free passes! Members from the NGG Advisory Board will be doing the selection. Make sure to get your entry in by June 18th otherwise it might not make the cut!

The easiest way to make your your entry gets to us is to create a blog post (it's super easy) and tag it (also easy) with the tag "NGGContest."
Check out the current submissions

Look forward to hearing your responses and once the contest closes we'll watch all the entries and reach out to the winners on GovLoop.

Bon Chance!

Hey Folks - Thought I'd break the ice and submit a video...set the bar real low and encourage others to get creative. Can't wait to see what you submit!

Any chance this contest would be open to contractors who support nothing but the gov't? What if that contractor is a former gov't employee? If the entry is awesome enough, does it matter? - Lara
