Diversity is the strength for each organization and for the Nation. Organizational leaders are not doing their job if they don’t embrace diversity and inclusion in their organization. Diversity should be a central focus of human capital management. Should senior leaders and supervisors be held accountable for the success in workforce diversity and diversity management? Differences in ideas and approaches should help all parties see barriers and obstacles, strengths and weaknesses which ultimately will help arrive possible best practices and solutions for issues that are being discussed or presented.
