So, I took Don Jacobson’s advice and read Mario’s Blog Post Inspired Versus Required and came away with a my choice to inspire not only those around me, but to keep myself inspired as well. To continue to remind myself of our mission and to be the example of how not to be afraid of hard work. To keep my life in perspective, enjoying my time away from the office as well as my time in it. To make my office environment a fun and exciting place to be, where those who want to, CAN make the difference, if even in just a small increment. I know it counts and I will shout their accomplishments to whomever wants to listen.
